Ed Boelens
My name is Ed Boelens, and I am excited to be working alongside the Willowdale Christian School community to achieve our shared goal of renewed facilities. Educated as a teacher, I have taught in both Christian high schools and elementary schools, serving in administrative roles in each setting. My most recent positions were as Principal/COO at John Knox Christian School in Brampton and Principal/COO at Listowel Christian School. As an educator, my guiding principle has been:
“Every day we have the opportunity to positively impact a person’s life. Let’s take advantage of that challenge and teach well.”
Within my career, I spent two years assisting schools across Ontario with their capital campaign efforts. In July 2024, I felt called once again to focus on this work and launched Boelens Consulting. My current mantra is “Empowering education through generosity.”
On a personal note, I am a husband and father to three adult children, and my wife and I look forward to becoming first-time grandparents in February 2026.
